The total area of the main building is 70,000 square meters. The building is of frame type with concrete columns (height 10-15m, column grid 30×6m) and steel trusses. Walls are made of reinforced concrete wall panels. The most modern technologies, including soft tile, were used during the roof construction. The roof is flat and has a heater on ridge concrete slabs. All the rooms are heated; temperature is +10 to + 18°C. The minimum possible size of the plant and the warehouse space is 1000 sq. m., offices – 200 sq. m.
There are several utility rooms near warehouses:

• medical aid station;
• administrative and household room;
• dining room for 100 people;
• built-in systems;
• automatic pump.
